Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to most locations across Stonington, Deer Isle, and Oceanville.
Q: Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?
A: Yes! During checkout, let us know your preferred delivery date. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery times, we do our best to accommodate requests.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1 PM local time (Monday to Saturday). Sunday deliveries are limited and may vary by location.
Products & Custom Orders
Q: Are the flowers in the photos exactly what I’ll receive?
A: Each of our designs is unique because we use the flowers that are blooming each day in the garden, making every arrangement one-of-a-kind and completely seasonal. The bouquets shown will give you a sense of our design aesthetic and stylistic approach. Please do let us know if there's a specific color scheme you'd prefer.
Q: Can I request a custom arrangement?
A: Absolutely! Contact us with your preferences, budget, and occasion, and we will create a custom design just for you.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Care & Quality
Q: How long will the flowers last?
A: Most arrangements last 5–7 days with proper care. Each order comes with flower care tips to help you enjoy your blooms longer.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
A: Customer happiness is our priority. If you're not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
